  • Can party packages be modified?
    Yes! You can contact the store to modify your package.
  • Can we substitute an item for additional activity time?
    Yes, for same or lesser value.
  • Do you allow outside food?
    Only cake or cupcakes, no other outside food is allowed. Please make sure to supply your own disposable plates and utensils for your dessert.
  • Can we decorate?
    Yes, you are welcome to arrive 15-25 minutes early to decorate your section of tables or private room. We do not allow decorations that contain glitter or confetti. Balloons must be on weights.
  • Are children expected to leave by a certain time?
    No, all ages welcome always. Children must be always accompanied by an adult.
  • How do we reserve a private room?
    Depending on availability, you must contact your local Dogwood Social to reserve a room and discuss pricing. Private rooms vary by location and require a food and beverage minimum.
  • Do I pay in advance for my event?
    Dogwood requires a 50% deposit for contracted events. If you are only reserving tables, there is no fee to do so.
